As a consequence ports become compulsory for outputs as well as inputs

As a consequence ports become compulsory for outputs as well as inputs
to avoid duplication of hard-coded strings
plus some cleanup of error messages, old copy/paste leftovers, etc ...
- pprinting refactored: format any data structure through dicts and lists. Makes ading new formaters easier and any dataclass is automatically formatted as a dict. - icon hybrid architecure target: start adding necessary yaml specs.
