MeshBool::refine(),MeshBool::refine_to_length(), andMeshBool::refine_to_tolerance().refine_to_tolerancecurrently doesn't actually do anything because it requireshalfedge_tangents to be implemented. In fact, looking at the whole of this again, it appears that a lot of this is incomplete and not fully ported.I'm not sure if this is something you want to merge yet or wait until halfedge_tangents are implemented.
