@asilvestris84 identified an issue in REDI2 that got carried over to REDI3 regarding strand correction.
Strand correction should filter reads on the "wrong" strand and report the base complement when on the reverse strand. REDI2 and REDI3 always perform this complement.
This pull request changes the behavior to only report complements when
--strand-correctionis used.
