Doc-only conflicts in CHANGELOG_AGENT.md (newer play-lod-ratio-tools-v1 entry from main interleaved with this PR's usaf-channel-manual-points-v1 entry) and HANDOFF.md (lead pointer paragraph rewritten by both branches). Code merged cleanly. Resolved by chronological interleave for the changelog and a post-merge state pointer for the handoff. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
