Bash Outputs now are stored in a log file as well and the outputs used for debugging were removed.
When handling large Datasets, the workflow now takes a subset of 25,000 samples instead of the entire dataset. The final model will still be trained on the final dataset.
Modified automatic naming so that every workflow can be run sequentially without the need to remove files. Unless the same run is done multiple times. Added script for sequential execution of all workflows/pipelines for current and future use
Issues consisted of not being able to continue to the prediction stage of the workflow due to inconsistencies in parameters and architecture
