Remove osm data from existing bike net export

Basically run the keepedgedata part of the cleanup script https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/blob/main/scripts/linkbikenet/cleanup.ipynb before exporting the data, so the exported data is tidy.

Also rename the existing_bike_network to remove the "-linkbikenet" from the filename.
