• Slight rewrite on the protobuf client and client protocol to use the latest features.
• Bumped protobuf/protoc, using new protobuf messages from Steam to prevent failure points.

I'll certainly won't add much more to the project. If it works out for you, it's perfect. Otherwise... I guess i've tried.
