To Install a new environment for GWLB environment. Open AWS navigate to CloudFormation

1. Setup account to run cloud formation "1stsvcacct.yaml" You only need to do this if account doesn't exist.
2. Setup GWLB "2ndgwlb.yaml"
3. Setup Spoke "3rdspoke.yaml"
4. Enviroment Details after Rollout should look like the following GWLBEAST.PDF
