Security #3/#4 (commit 334c08e) added a statSync precheck on readSnapshot to cap blob reads at 16 MiB. The dangling-ref path now errors as "failed to stat snapshot" (statSync ENOENT) before ever reaching the readFileSync that emitted "failed to read snapshot". W7.6's needle wasn't updated to match. Following W7.5's convention (line 79), assert the error class itself — "IoError" — which is what the test label and diagnostic both name.
