iMiceBrain: a genome-scale metabolic model (GEM) of mouse brain

This record contains the scripts, data, and model reconstruction workflow used to develop iMiceBrain, a consensus mouse brain genome-scale metabolic model. The repository includes transcriptomics preprocessing, implementation of multiple context-specific reconstruction algorithms, consensus model generation, model-structures' annotation. Scripts are also covering the processes of gap filling, metabolic task validation, MEMOTE-based quality assessment, sanity checks, and in silico gene knockout analyses used to evaluate model functionality and biological relevance.
