Summary

Synced forward from main during the v35 cycle:

• Fast-processing agent and docs, message-header conventions, run-imminent dedup, TF-slice fixes (Wen Guan)
• Docker compose rework, GitHub Actions integration test, supervisor socket isolation, PANDA_NICKNAME respect, namespace-hack revert (Dmitry Kalinkin)
• Configurable prompt-processing STF folder, run-number in logger, compile-before-exec for workflow_runner so record.module no longer reports <string> (Zhaoyu Yang)

Test plan

• testbed run — workflows execute, logs from stf_datataking.py / prompt_processing.py now show module=workflow_runner
