Edit some oddities that were previously the result of having to communicate "Rider or VS only, not VS Code". Now no longer the case.

I made a few edits to really emphasize that previewer is now available on every IDE we recommend. Otherwise LGTM.

There were already entries for VS & Rider, but the VSCode entry was missing.
