Activity logs: add dedicated class for formattedContent

Proposed Changes

• Adds class to formattedContent on Activity logs

Why are these changes being made?

• In Activity logs: update event title font-weight #106882 we added a class to the event title. Let's stay consistent and add targetable classes to the remaining element that doesn't have one.

Testing Instructions

• Fire up this PR.
• Visit Dashboard v2 and go into Activity logs.
• Ensure that the description of the events have an associated site-activity-logs__event-description class.
