MSD: remove redundancy in billing history URL path

Proposed Changes

Update the billing history path:

• before: /v2/me/billing/billing-history
• after: /v2/me/billing/history

Why are these changes being made?

Consistency with other billing-related URLs and the entire dashboard.

Testing Instructions

Go to /v2/me/billing/history and verify nothing breaks.
