- Introduced `core_metadata_required_link` method to ensure that schemas with the id 'core_metadata_collection' include at least one required link. - Updated tests in `test_rule_validator.py` to validate both passing and failing scenarios for the new link requirement, ensuring proper error handling. - Cleaned up whitespace in the test file for consistency.
