How to save changes in MIB database?

For example, I can add cardholder into mib 5 via omcicli mib create, hovewer, it doesn't save this entry after reboot. I found /etc/config/omci_mib.cfg, but it has strange format.
It is critical to have new entry on stick's boot, because OLT is reading cardholder information and it cat give me voip vlan, or deny it (if OLT can't find pots on onu)
