Dependency bump: @ant-design/pro-chat from ^1.15.2 to ^2.4.4. No code logic changed — only package.json and package-lock.json updates. Safe to merge.
Removes [js-cookie](https://github.com/js-cookie/js-cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@ant-design/pro-chat](https://github.com/ant-design/pro-chat). These dependencies need to be updated together.
