Port pavlovian behavior extractor to aind-metadata-extractor

The extractor needs to be moved to a new library so that the mappers only function is to gather metadata.

Just for clarity, is this issue only relevant when upgrading the Pavlovian pipeline to schema 2.0 (timeline currently not scoped)?

Correct, a few months ago we decided to make extractors for everything. That's not necessary atm

Wait, rather than closing, should this instead be a subissue for a yet-to-be-created item to upgrade the Pavlovian pipeline to 2.0? Presumably we won't leave it on 1.4 forever.

I will reopen to keep track. I closed it initially b/c we are not going to upgrade this system in the near future afaik
