Closes #1151

  • Introduced the @track_endpoint decorator to enhance HTTP request/response tracing capabilities.
  • Updated the agentops SDK to include HTTP-specific span handling and data extraction for requests and responses.
  • Added new utility functions for extracting request and response data from Flask context.
  • Updated documentation to include usage examples and configuration options for the new decorator.

This addition allows for comprehensive monitoring of HTTP endpoints, integrating seamlessly with existing tracing functionalities.
