2.0的Plugin的兼容版本可以不设上限，以后就不用IDEA更一个版本，插件就更新一次了，一劳永逸
我本地./gradlew buildPlugin编译出来的可以在2025.2版本正常用，plugin里面的描述也是正常的，就是不知道商店的描述会不会有问题
