🛠 Summary of changes
Adds a new API endpoint to access SP-scoped, hourly-generated, non-PII user activity reports stored in S3 as CSVs.
Technical Spec for Partners
The endpoint is protected with a Bearer token at the app (IdP) level, and will enforce mutual TLS at the network (API Gateway) level.
