Removes the standalone Online Documentation link so the v3 banner is the first content after the title on GitHub. hex.pm and hexdocs link the docs from their own navigation, and the moduledoc still leads with the banner.

Drops the standalone Online Documentation link so the v3 banner is the first content after the title on GitHub, instead of sitting under that link.
The link is redundant with the docs navigation hex.pm and hexdocs already provide. The MDOC marker and banner are unchanged, so the moduledoc still leads with the banner. README-only, no code or behavior change.
