Purpose
Update Litter's Amp model picker and fallback catalog for Amp's current
low,medium,high, andultramodes, replacing the retiredsmart,rush, anddeepmodes.Depends on 0xSero/alleycat#47. Once that PR merges, this branch should refresh the pinned Alleycat revision before becoming ready for review.
