Adds FolderManifest — a Windows/macOS/Linux folder toolkit: folder comparison, duplicate finder by SHA-256 content hash with reversible Recovery Bin, folder monitoring, and Safe Archive (verified copies to local/S3/Google Drive with SHA-256 manifests).
