About

Hi, I am Taehyun (pronounced "tae-hyun"). You can call me Tay.

Over the past 3+ years as a software engineer, I have built backend platforms and distributed systems across AWS and GCP. My work has focused on solving shared technical challenges across engineering teams through internal platforms, including a shared video platform adopted by 8 engineering teams and processing 300,000+ videos per day.

I am currently pursuing an M.S. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Washington. I am also seeking Summer 2027 Software Engineering Internships in the U.S., Canada, or Europe.
