Versioning and Improve Docs

Problem

Our documentation is outdated and we need proper versioning for our Metal MSM implementations. The v1 implementation needs to be properly versioned for traceability before removal, and current docs don't clearly explain usage or benchmarking procedures.

Details

We need to:

1. Version v1 Metal MSM implementation (e0199d0) for traceability before removal to avoid confusion with v2
2. Update documentation to clearly explain:
   • Usage of current Metal MSM module
   • How to run benchmarks of our v2 Metal MSM
   • Clear benchmark comparisons with our implementation and related works:
     • Zprize2023/WebGPU/Tal-and-Koh's work
     • ICME WebGPU
     • icicle-metal v3.8.0
     • Arkworks

Acceptance criteria

• v1 Metal MSM implementation properly tagged/versioned for traceability
• Remove or clearly separate outdated v1 implementation to avoid confusion
• Updated README with clear usage instructions for current Metal MSM module in Wrap GPU pipeline into Arkworks compatible module #72
• Benchmark documentation in Benchmarks on our v2 Metal MSM implementation #73
