Implement of SegMunich Dataset

Hello, I was wondering if you are only using the 3 channels of the SegMunich dataset for downstream evaluation, as I could only find the mean and standard deviation values for the RGB channels in the provided [link](https://github.com/zhu-xlab/DOFA/blob/master/downstream_tasks/segmentation/configs/dofa_vit_segmunich.py).
