Added a New
readme.htmlFile and Updated the "Open Readme" FunctionalityReason: Previously, clicking the "Open Readme" button would display the readme in the text view, erasing the pre-existing text. Now, the readme opens in the user's browser, allowing the existing text in the text view to remain intact.
