Some Unicode Characters Are Not Visible on Windows

Description:
When selecting Unicode characters in the Unicode Character Map, some characters (e.g., from the Devanagari block) do not render properly on Windows. This issue has not been tested on other operating systems yet.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the application.
• Open a table (e.g., devnagri.cti).
• Try adding an entry into the table.
• Select a Unicode character from the Unicode Character Map.
• Observe that some Unicode characters are missing or not rendering correctly.
