Add option to rebase if head has extra commits

I've used a lot of JetBrains' tools over the years, and I've gotten quite fond of the feature, when pushing the commits, and the head has some extra commits that aren't on the local branch to have a screen asking if I would like to rebase my branch onto the remote one and then push.

The state git is currently at, if I try to push and head is different, then it just shows an error.
