Redirection of links

Because the structure of the new documentation system will be different to the current one, we need to create some redirections. And, of course, because users should be automatically redirected when opening old doc URLs at some point.

At least the following sites should then be redirected:

• Documentation starting page
• Admin docs starting page
• User docs starting page
• System docs starting page
• Each in Zammad linked page (e.g. in dialogs with helper links )
• All manually created redirects in RTD should be used and adjusted
• More TBD

Current idea is to redirect all listed pages to zammad.org, and let the mechanism from #29 do the actual last-mile redirects, since we can store mapping there in a centralized manner.

However, we need a good strategy how to do this partially, perhaps a final build of legacy docs can be hosted on our side, where we can institute this proposed redirect. Because I imagine the legacy docs should survive for some transitional period, perhaps even for a few major releases.

Not sure at the moment, some additional options would have to be evaluated first.
