Configuration Option to Modify Configuration Settings Specific to Window, recognised based on some criteria

Hello,

I'd like different windows on my setup to have different configuration settings. For example, I'd like my Discord app to have its background blurred to degree 0.2, whereas I'd like my Alacritty background to be blurred to degree 0.9. Currently, I don't think there's a configuration to modify background blur specific to each window. It would be nice to have this option.
