Read password from stdin

Hi there! I just found out about this project and it looks great! I've set it up and it works fine.

I am trying to integrate it with another script, so I was checking if there is a way to send the password via stdin when using the generate command. Instead of the interactive mode. Something like:

$ echo "mypasword" | totp-cli g ns1 acct2
123545

Is this feature available?
