angular 1.5 branch

Dear Team,

I respect all your work, it's really really great! Thank you :)

However, I see this generator is outdated quite much and nothing going on right now with it recently. Seems it was up-to-date ~1y ago, but many tools have evolved since then. I've got few ideas to update, but before I spend a dozen of hours here, I'd like to make sure you're interested in it and that you're willing to merge my PR (provided it's passing, etc).

I'd like to update angular 1.4 to 1.5 branch here. What do you think about that, @eddiemonge @btford @addyosmani? Is there any team lead here, anyway? Is there I saw no commits since almost half year.

Updates are coming at some point, hopefully. when they do, the latest angular would be used. i would like to add a component generator for 1.5 though
