Contact find only works for some cases

The description provided for contact find is rather vague and it is hard to define what is similar and what is not similar. Hence, it works for some cases but not for all.

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Add in contact named sabrina

2. Type in contact find sab

Team's Response

UG states that it will give approximate results for similar matches. i.e. not all results will be similar matches, not all similar matches will be in the result.

Exact specifications of how the similarity is calculated is not stated in the UG because it is not the appropriate place to do so.

Also, what is similar is subjective. As a result, it's not possible for a similarity metric to satisfy.

Nonetheless, having this feature will make searching for contacts better but as mentioned in the UG (approximate results) it is not meant to be perfect.
