`nb bookmark` failure on https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/quasiblog/transience

I guess it's due to <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> appearing before doctype tag.
nb bookmark saves just the url of the website, without the contents
