Add a notification when the user updates the xwiki-pro-macros instead of the xwiki-pro-macros-bridges #661

Currently, most clients migrating from Confluence need to have the xwiki-pro-macros-bridges installed. However, the application is not present in the EM, and they often upgrade xwiki-pro-macros unless support explicitly mentions the bridges. Because of this, they miss certain features and sometimes reopen issues that were already fixed.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the client has xwiki-pro-macros-bridges installed, a notification should be displayed, similar to the licensing one.
