Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new meeting with status "In preparation"
2. Click on "Create a poll for this meeting" button
3. Leave all fields empty and save.

Expected result:

Polls should require a name before being created, or an automatically generated name should be consistently displayed across all views.

Actual result:

The poll is created without a name. Although a name is auto-generated and appears in the breadcrumb, the poll: appears without a name on the Poll's homepage and is also listed with an empty name in the Polls list.
