ODP and ODS creation fails with # in document title (Download failed -4), while PPTX works

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Attachments tab in a page
2. Click on the 'New Presentation' button
3. Add a title with " #" in side as "Test #" (please copy also the space before #), choose .odp > Create Presentation

Expected result:
The presentation page is created and user can insert text.

Actual behavior:
Error is displayed on the screen. Also, the JS Console shows errors present:

Please note that this error is met also when creating a Spreadsheet with .ods extension.
