Add View History option from the document editor

Currently, when users edit an Office document, they can't see Version History. There's only the option Track Changes from Collaboration tab, but that's showing the user changes while editing.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add also the option to view the history also the document editor (for example when editing with OO, from the File tab to see View History, as in https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/docs/userguides/document_editor/versionhistory.aspx)

For this issue we face the same limitation briefly mentioned at the end of this comment #58 (comment) . We would need to implement a callback endpoint that would serve the editor specific information about the attachments from xwiki.
