Unnecessary scrolling to top while using 'Older' buttons

In case when on the previous recent snippets page there are only a few snippets, page triggers scroll to top function an cause odd behavior.

Solution:
Inside scroll function check is there a need in scrolling to top, if no - stop further actions.
