Add GoRouter to both apps

This issue proposes integrating the GoRouter package into both Flutter applications within the repository. The integration should facilitate improved routing and navigation management.

Tasks:

• Add GoRouter dependency to both apps.
• Refactor existing navigation to use GoRouter.
• Ensure all current navigation flows are preserved.
• Update documentation as needed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Both apps compile and run with GoRouter managing navigation.
• All navigation flows work as before.
• Code is reviewed and merged.
