[Bug] Tab on Android 4.4 API 19

Description

Using the Tab on Android 4.4 will throw one exception

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page with Tab
2. Debug using android emulator with Andfroid 4.4 API 19
3. Open the Page

Expected Behavior

Open the Page with the Tab

Actual Behavior

Exception is thrown
Java.Lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 'android/graphics/drawable/RippleDrawable'
