Description

Currently, resource data binding does not support XML. Therefore, the creation of XML payloads should be removed from resource data binding until support for HTTP resource XML data binding is implemented.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a simple HTTP service with a resource using resource data binding. Then, try accessing the endpoint.
