Description

Similar to the command used to configure the default WSO2 model provider, we need to introduce a new command that generates the default Devant chunker configuration.

[ballerina.ai.devant.chunkerConfig]
serviceUrl = "https://7eff1239-64bb-4663-b256-30a00d187a5c-prod.e1-us-east-azure.choreoapis.dev/rag-agent/rag-ingester/v1.0"
accessToken = ""

Note: The accessToken value is the same token generated for the WSO2 model provider.
