ilvl 528 Frostborn Wristwraps are reporting about 19 more reforged haste in the sims than exists on the actual item in game.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. As a Frost mage, import the loadout from the game using the WoWSim addon. Make sure to have Frostborn Wristwraps equipped.
2. Click 'Simulate' to run a sim with ilvl 528 Frostborn Wristwraps.
3. Let the simulation finish.
4. Click 'Suggest Reforges'.
5. Let the suggestion process finish running.
6. Observe that it claims that frostborn wristwraps can reforge with 362 hit -> 362

When I went to reforge the item in game I noticed I had less haste than the sim claimed. Hitting my haste breakpoint is very important so when I had less haste than that in game it was a surprise to me, and a disappointment. As you can see in the image from the real game, I only have 343 hit ->343 haste. Thats about 19 less haste than was reported by the sim. I am guessing it has to do with the random nature of the secondaries on the frostborn wristwraps, but hopefully the issue can be resolved.
