[feature] Show orchestrator environment settings

Add tab component with two tab items, Actions and Environment settings

Second tab should look like:

The raw data from the endpoint is json, and should be converted to the new style.
Example result from /api/settings/overview (make sure to enable as described here https://workfloworchestrator.org/orchestrator-core/reference-docs/app/settings_overview)

If response is empty, show something like "No settings exposed by the backend, to enable this please refer to the Settings Overview page in the documentation" (and include a link)
