Provide prebuild binaries for MacOS

Currently, MacOS is not supported by the prebuild Python bindings on PyPi and there are no prebuild packages of the C++ library on any OS. This limits the usability for users unfamiliar with software build process.

There should be conda packages for the library itself and for the Python bindings.
