Removing moment.js dependency

The file-stream-rotator package has updated code in the GitHub with removed dependency on moment.js. Can a new release be updated with this updated change included?

yes I assume you mean the 1.0.0 release ... This is the main outstanding upgrade which includes following up all changes in this 1.0 nd adjusting here. If someone provides a PR for it including testing these things that will help to speed it up
