Is it possible to add the ability to use your local databases GeoLite2-City.mmdb for GeoIP? Without using a MaxMind account.

yes, just put it in same folder where SystemInformer.exe located.
But Cities won't be shown - it is still unsupported.

iam copy GeoLite2-Country.mmdb to c:\other\systeminformer
run as admin c:\other\systeminformer\SystemInformer.exe
but in network interface (Country) have information a geoip database not found
